We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Hypixel Inc. or Mojang Studios. Buying in-game currency may violate the Hypixel Network rules, and you use this service entirely at your own discretion and risk.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parental consent.
- You must provide accurate account and contact information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials private — we will never ask for them.
4. Orders & delivery
Prices are shown at checkout and may fluctuate with the market. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You agree to follow the delivery instructions provided with your order to keep the transaction safe.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
- Initiating chargebacks for delivered orders (see our Refund Policy).
- Reselling or redistributing our services without permission.
- Abusing, threatening, or defrauding our staff.
6. Limitation of liability
HSCoin is not liable for any action taken against your game account by Hypixel or Mojang, including bans or coin removal. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
